Born in The Dominican Republic Ana Developed Her Interest In Designing And Planning At An Early Age In A Home Where Craftsmanship Was Divided Among A Few Members.
Her Grandfather Was A Cigar Maker For Leon Jimenez CxA, One Of The Largest And Profitable Cigar Companies In The Dominican Republic. He Had A Passion For Hunting And Making Riffles With His Older Son Whom Is The Artist Of The Family.
Ana Was Always Beside Her Uncle Every Time He Was Sketching Or Designing Jewelry, Picture Frames And Also Commercial Signs. Ana Would Find Herself Assisting Her Aunt, Whom Was A Funeral Decorator.
In 1986 She Moved To Miami, Florida And During Grade School She Always Made Sure Arts & Photography Were Always Part Of Her School Curriculum.
During Her High School Years She Took Advanced Placement Art. During Her Junior Year She Developed A Passion For Architecture, Drafting &Engineering. Who Would Have Ever Known That Things Would Change During A Visit From International Fine Arts College During A Career Day Presentation At Her High School. Thats Where The Love For Interior Design Was Born.
In 1994, Ana Was Accepted At I.F.A.C. And Majored In Interior Design In 1999. As A Hobby She Began Creating Custom Invitations, Flower Arrangements, Design And Decorations For Family And Friends.
She Made Her Debut Decorating Her Own Sweet 15th Party, And Then She Produced And Designed Her Sister's Sweet 15th And Years Later Her Brother's Wedding.
Her Friends And Family Recognized Her Creativity And Suggested That She Pursue It As More Than Just A Past Time Or A Hobby And She Listened!
AV Design And Events Officially Opened In 2010. Her Unique Style, Décor Accents, And Her Attention To Every Last Detail, Her Fun And Friendly Personality And Calm Demeanor Helped Her Client's Relax As She Created The One-Of-A-Kind Baby Shower Experience In The Spring Of 2011.
